Regional Sales Manager

A global team known for pioneering process improvements and precision is looking for a Regional Sales Manager. Based in Eastern Michigan, this position involves driving sales of engineered mechanical components for automated workpiece handling and robotic end of arm tooling in the manufacturing sector. The role requires developing and maintaining strong customer relationships while collaborating with internal teams and distribution partners to achieve sales targets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-You will Identify customer applications and programs that present an opportunity for Automation Component sales

-You will travel throughout your territory to call on existing or prospective customers to solicit orders.

-You will help build an annual business plan for strategic planning.

-You will train, assist and support other team members in problem solving and meeting goals.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

-You have demonstrated sales skills and sales process knowledge from 3+ years of consultative sales in Manufacturing.

-You currently live in or will move to the East Michigan area.

-You have experience technical aptitude in applying mechanical actuator components into manufacturing processes.

-You can complete frequent travel through use of company vehicle.
