Role Overview:

As our Paralegal specializing in Probate & Estate Planning, you'll play a pivotal role within our Estate Planning practice. You will collaborate closely with our senior Estate Planning attorney, providing essential support through the entire legal process. This role is not just a job—it's a career pathway offering you the chance to grow and shape the future of our firm and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and manage probate petitions, detailed inventories, and additional critical documents.

Engage comprehensively in estate planning services—from drafting and reviewing documents to client meetings and final signings.

Enhance client relationships through effective communication, managing internal workflows, and ensuring timely follow-up on critical action items.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a paralegal, specifically in Probate and Estate Planning.

Familiarity with WealthCounsel software is a plus.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

A professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $55,000 - 90,000 per year
