Senior RPA Developer

Location: Chantilly, VA

Security Clearance Required: Top Secret SCI

ASI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing complex automation solutions using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, PowerAutomate, and other similar platforms. This role requires a Top Secret SCI clearance and a willingness to work onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement advanced automation processes using RPA tools such as UiPath, PowerAutomate, and others.

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency.

Maintain and improve existing automation systems, ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with other IT systems.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and team members.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technologies and methodologies.

Conduct data analytics to measure automation impacts and identify further improvement areas.

Leverage NLP and OCR technologies and packages for intelligent automation processes.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in RPA development.

Proven experience with RPA tools like UiPath, PowerAutomate, or similar.

Certification in UiPath and PowerAutomate.

Solid understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize it as an automated solution.

Experience in data analytics is highly desirable.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a government or defense environment with active Top Secret SCI clearance.
