Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 (+ relo if needed)

Onsite schedule: flexible. wants someone to be onsite at least once a week but open to conversations for the right fit

Overview:

Insight Global is looking for a Geotechnical Department Manager to assist the growth in the division while spearheading projects, development, and team growth. This department supports the evaluation and exploration of the land where projects will take place for commercial buildings, solar farms, data centers, and more. This position will work with projects from cradle to grave and growing the team.

Day to Day:

Making sure geotechnical technicians are taken care of before they go to job sites

Training technicians

Client meetings for business development, project updates, budget, proposals, and more

Working with project managers and other department leaders to grow local footprint

Must Haves:

PE Required

10 years of experience in a geotechnical role

Leadership experience or desire to lead
