Corporate Counsel

We are working with a company in Raleigh on their search for a Corporate Counsel. The qualified candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting and should be able to thrive in an exciting, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Job Summary/Essential Functions:

Contract drafting, review and negotiation, including customer service agreements (and RFP processes) and supplier procurement agreements;,

Work on real estate matters, such as acquisitions, sales and leases, including management of outside counsel;

Support the Environment, Health and Safety team with respect to insurance-based incidents and accidents;

Assist operations throughout the US with legal, administrative, regulatory and contract matters, as well as governmental, customer and supplier disputes; and

General document and entity management, such as updating forms and precedent documents.
