Kable Staffing is hiring Mig Welder for a GREAT customer of ours in Georgetown, KY. This is a temp to hire opportunity.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct MIG welding on metal components according to project specifications and industry standards.

Ensure welds meet or exceed established criteria for strength and precision.

Accurately and efficiently assemble metal components based on project requirements.

Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications, dimensions, and welding requirements.

Inspect metal parts pre-assembly to identify and rectify defects or imperfections.

Uphold a commitment to delivering top-notch welds and finished products. Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a MIG Welder, with expertise in welding various metals.

Ability to consistently produce high-quality welds with precision.

Keen attention to detail with a dedication to producing accurate and flawless welds.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing or construction setting.
