Customer Service / Administrative / Insurance
Customer Service Representative in Entry-Level Insurance
Will Train to Industry
Up to $37,000 to start plus full benefits
Customer Service Representative you will:
Receive complete training
Communicate with customers, insurance carriers and internal teams by phone and email
Answer questions and address inquiries
Learn to assist with the policy quote and selection process
Learn to generate price quotes
Learn to facilitate the policy renewal process
Onboard new customers as needed
Maintain customer account information in the database
Make updates to spreadsheets
Perform document review and document control functions
Troubleshoot and resolving issues as they arise
Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
At least two years of Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, Administrative Office or similar experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Accurate Data Entry skills
A High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pluses:
+++ Insurance Industry experience
+++ AMS360 proficiency / experience
+++ A Bachelor's Degree
