Key responsibilities

- Support attorney through all stages of project work

- Data base management of all relevant documents

- Thorough investigation and analysis of complex legal documents

- Ability to prioritize, organize and handle heavy workload- Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation

- Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

- Knowledge of none

- Comprehensive knowledge of case management

- Government contracts experience

- Ability to take ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

- Being savvy with word processing and spreadsheets is favorable
