Description: MCSA(AD, GPO& DNS), Knowledge of CCNA with Subnetting & Application Firewall (Any with VPN & Certification renew & Web Policy), Knowledge of DSP (Adding Records )& Domain Security, ISO 27001 Audit & Knowledge, Knowledge Dealing with Vendors (Airtel, Stellers, Jio), Knowledge of Hybrid Infrastructure, Reporting, Asset Management, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 or O365 Licensing, Knowledge of Hardware & Software Installation, Central Antivirus Management tool, Cloud Calling.

Responsibilities: User Creation, Deletion & Sync with Azure Ad. New Domain addition & deletion in DNS. ISP portal access & bandwidth Check, raise ticket & follow up. Firewall Policy, MAC binding, LB, P2P, VPN Creation. New Domain addition in Azure Ad & office 365, recorded addition in DSP, Checked domain score, added security. face ISO audit, Knowledge of CR, Downtime, BCP testing & Capacity monitoring. Monthly & Weekly backup & restoration. Daily Check Ticketing tool (Jira, Keka), Resolve the issue on time. Support to employee remote & site. Knowledge of Central endpoint security Management tool. Installation of Software & Hardware problem recognition & resolution. Assign & remove Assets to users in the portal. Cloud Calling tool management (Adding user, remove user, License, Number Assign )

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.

Any Master’s degree or IT certification is a plus.

Proven experience as an IT System Admin or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of IT skills, Networking, Audit, and System Security.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with Employees.
