What you will do

As a part of Campus Team, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and recruiting top talent from universities and colleges across the country. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify talent needs, design campus recruitment strategies, and build relationships with educational institutions to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-potential candidates.

Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's hiring goals and objectives.

Plan and coordinate campus events, information sessions, and other outreach activities to attract top talent.

Partner with university career centres, student organizations, and faculty to promote the organization's brand and opportunities.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and design tailored recruitment plans for specific roles or departments.

Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations of candidates to identify high-potential individuals.

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, evaluations, and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.

Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Assist in the development of internship programs and initiatives to engage students and nurture talent pipelines.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in campus recruitment to continuously improve strategies.

You will be a great fit if you

Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Prior experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Flexibility to travel to different campuses and attend recruitment events as needed. Attributes:
