Responsibilities:

Join a high performing team providing acquisition and Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) for GEOINT Radar Products. Serve our decision makers and warfighters by ensuring operators and users can discover, visualize, and assess GEOINT products. Be part of an organization that is on the cutting edge of applying Agile, DevSecOps, test automation, Digital Engineering, Cloud, and Artificial Intelligence methods and technologies to solve our customer’s toughest challenges.

You will focus on defining and prioritizing Agile program epics, reviewing development demos, ensuring milestones and schedule commitments are being met, and optimizing GEOINT radar processing software deliveries into operations. Work with a team of experts with decades of experience ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Your responsibilities are to:

Participate in weekly Acquisition Office (AO) tag-ups between the Gov’t, SETA, and Development team.

Participate in Program Management Reviews and Business Management Reviews to ensure the product quality development team is meeting Gov’t expectations.

Define and prioritize content for development releases and sprints by translating community needs and formal requirements into Agile program epics.

Define acceptance criteria and witness development demonstrations to validate and verify requirements have been met.

Prepare and execute contract modifications to add scope, justify extensions, and receive funding.

Engage GEOINT community on early development products to prepare for new releases, support new Operational sensors, and prioritize discrepancies and enhancements.

Review specifications and interfaces for radar processing and quality products.

Qualifications:

Required:

10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD

Must Possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly

Experience with GEOINT imagery, metadata, and/or calibrations

Experience with radar processing

Experience with Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) or Software Acquisition

Strong representational, oral, and written communications skills; including the ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products

Proven organization and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with personnel at all levels of government

Desired:

Experience with Software Acquisition processes, artifacts, and events

Knowledge of SAFe or Agile frameworks

Knowledge of EO or RADAR systems, CONOPS, or data types

Knowledge of EO or RADAR processing steps from raw data to finished products

Experience with commercial Atlassian tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA)

Knowledge of Requests for Changes (RFCs) and Configuration Management (CM) processes
