Responsibilities:
The Project integrator selected for this position will support the Customer's organization responsible for overseeing business management functions across global infrastructure elements--including portfolio planning and execution, centralized acquisition management, and oversight for IC and global relationships. This position will provide project integration support to the Group's government management. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Plan and coordinate program process activities and leverage experience to recommend streamlined and efficient business processes, to include developing standard operating procedures and associated documentation, as required
Assist with meeting preparation; provide background and reference information and materials; facilitate meetings, as required
Be proactive, gather necessary and helpful information from multiple sources, including managers, peers, coworkers, and stakeholders.
Ability to write in a polished and concise manner and create templates for the organization's use
Assess customer experience identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions given resource and technical constraints
Provide business enterprise meeting materials and templates, as requested, which help market the Sponsor's services to internal and external stakeholders and customers, as needed
Provide backup support to other officers as requested
Share honest opinions and assist in developing innovation processes/methods which can significantly streamline & improve business processes
Qualifications:
Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Be skilled and experienced in professionally coordinating with senior government officials and their staffs
Understand and communicate effectively regarding technical requirements
Be able to work seamlessly with multiple organization staffs and contractors
Be adaptable to other ad hoc support duties as assigned
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently- self- starter
Experience developing briefings and presentations to Senior Leaders
Demonstrated senior-level interpersonal effectiveness, political savvy, and communication skills to interact with all levels of the workforce - including developing and presenting program artifacts appropriately tailored to meet the needs of the audience
Keen attention to detail
Ability to build/organize storage for large amounts of information
Outstanding organizational skills
Research and analysis of technical requirements and information
