Position:

The Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for content curation, activation, and measurement. This role will develop a comprehensive editorial calendar by collecting intelligence from our business partners and use it to help inform new content activations and campaigns, make recommendations for content formats to reach intended audiences across our digital ecosystem, as well as champion continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating and editing content across multiple formats and channels and has excellent attention to detail to keep the many moving parts of content marketing running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with members of Marketing team and business stakeholders to coordinate how content shows up throughout our internal and external digital ecosystem.

Define and optimize workflow processes with key partners to enable rapid and efficient deployment of content. Develop processes for re-promoting existing content at key times (versus always starting from scratch with new content.)

Focus on other key insights (social listening, client feedback, competitive audits) to continuously seek ways to enhance content.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably within financial services or luxury brands

Ability to work creatively to define and utilize a range of different mediums (video, podcast, visual, other).

Exceptional written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively present concepts.

Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance while also being an open, collaborative team player.

Ability to work in a nimble, test and learn, iterative environment.

Strong project management skills and detail orientation.

Experience (preferred) with WordPress, Google Analytics, Microsoft, Ceros, Canva, and the top social media channels.

Compensation Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
