CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT OPTICAL

We are a busy optical lab based in Mt Roskill. We need someone to work Monday to Friday 8-430 pm

The position involves booking jobs into our computer system, serving at the counter, packing work at the end of the day. Getting jobs ready for our three couriers we complete jobs for. If you like to be busy and variety please apply.We need someone who speaks English fluently and is confident in communicating in person and over the phone with our customers.

Full training will be provided. If would be helpful if you have legible handwriting and are confident to answer the phone as well!

It is a very friendly upbeat environment with a wonderful team.
