Real Estate Paralegal

Our client is one of California's leading real estate law firms with one of the most established real estate groups in the state. Their legal team is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to provide support to their transactional practice.

This will be a Hybrid role with 3 days per week in their office in the East Bay.

The ideal candidate will have experience across real estate transactions, purchase and sale, title and survey review, leases, and closings. Proficient management of documents and deadlines will also be essential to this role. Experience with litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Work independently to conduct title and survey review

Perform due diligence with purchase and sale and leasing transactions

Manage documents and deadlines (including by preparing critical dates memorandums)

Assist with closings

Qualifications:

5+ years of real estate transactional paralegal experience

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Paralegal certification
