A Tysons mid-sized firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney (partner level).
Serving clients across the D.C. metro area and throughout the nation, they have a growing real estate group accounting for half of firm revenue.
The group deals with all areas of commercial real estate matters including permitting and zoning, buy/sell transactions, leasing, and financing.
With plans to double the firm over the next five years, you'll be joining a stable firm surrounded by attorneys with a similar growth-mindset.
You’ll benefit from a compensation model where you’ll earn up to 50% of your originations, as well as earning shared-origination credit for work passed to you.
Path to equity partner is also on the table.
You'll be supported by a well-staffed team, including billing and accounting managers, as well as business development and marketing support.
About you:
Licensed in VA (or willing to waive in)
Portables business of $300k+
Experience leading commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, financing, and buy/sell transactions.
Currently a Partner, or Senior Associate with portable business.
