POSITION TITLE: Director of Organic Marketing

With artists and properties such as Alan Jackson, Rock the Country, Gavin Adcock, Rock the South, Bulls, Bands, and Barrels, and many more, Peachtree stands poised to maintain its significant impact on the landscape of country music at a national level.
REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing
COMPENSATION: Full-time / Salaried
LOCATION : Nashville, TN Hybrid Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Outdoor Events
Cultivate relationships with local and regional influential partners in each market (Chamber of Commerce, Municipalities, Counties) to receive local and regional support
Be point of contact for local marketing in the market
Create, Build, and Execute system of getting local and regional buy-in (How do we make large events feel local?)
Other duties as assigned
College Events
Create and Build Organic Teams in Each Market with influential student organizations (Greeks, etc) to build organic energy and buy-in. Meet with specific groups in market to help receive feedback on past and future events.
Be direct point of contact for student groups
Provide artist feedback on these groups
Create specific promotions and intentional packages for these groups.
Other duties as assigned
Touring
Build and cultivate relationships in each touring market with organic marketing partners (blogs, non-traditional media partners) to help advertise and market events.
Build an executable, scalable system that supports multiple shows across multiple markets.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
The work area is well lighted, ventilated and heated. Occasionally work outdoors where there is a potential to be exposed to various weather conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The work is mostly sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. Some walking, standing, bending, stooping and carrying of light items may be required. Must be able to lift twenty-five pounds without assistance.
