Who You Are:

As the Vice President of Enterprise SaaS Sales at Citian, you will be at the forefront of driving the success of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a strategic sales plan that will not only achieve revenue targets but also align with the company's overall objectives. This requires a deep understanding of the Enterprise SaaS industry, government sales cycle, and the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.

Leading and managing a high-performing sales team will be a key aspect of your role. This includes hiring, training, and coaching full-cycle sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. You will be responsible for creating a motivating and inspiring work environment that encourages collaboration and fosters individual growth.

Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders is crucial for driving business growth and securing new opportunities. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will be essential in effectively presenting and selling the company's offerings.

Required Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of top sales techniques

Ability to conduct research, analyze data and make data-informed decisions

Experience managing, training and scaling sales teams

Understanding of talent acquisition best practices

Proven ability to meet deadlines and sales goals

Experience cultivating profitable customer relationships

Ability to lead and thrive in a demanding, team-based, fast-moving environment

Driven self-starter with high initiative and confidence

Excellent communication skills

Experience scaling 20+ member sales teams

Ability to travel to various local and national events - Travel will be regional and national

Proficient in Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications:

10 + years of Sales Experience

5+ years of Sales leadership experience

Familiarity with state and local governments sales cycle

SaaS sales and management experience
