Referring to the tender No 11.07.022/534 /G/ICB/23-24/EUCL-GEN-PROC/CG/20 related to Supply of spare parts for Nyabahanga MHPP under Framework Contract;

Reference is also made to the clarifications requested by one of the potential bidders regarding the above mentioned tender;

Following the correction made on the bidding document, the Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) hereby informs you that the date of bids submission has been extended from 29th April 2024 to 15th May 2024 at 10:00 am, local time.

Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at EUCL Headquarter, KN82 ST Nyarugenge District, 1st Floor, Room N G114, the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, E-mail:, upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to Account N opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda, or (Eight United states dollars (8 USD) deposited on account No 00040-00691030-35 (USD) opened at Bank of Kigali (BK) with Code IBAN: RW 40000400069103035003

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at EUCL main board room, on 15th May 2024 at 10:30 am, local time.
