The Warehouse Coordinator supports our Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical departments. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will gain firsthand experience in many facets of our business, and you will have the opportunity to join one of our skilled trades departments.

Essential Job Functions

Support to field personnel - meeting their material needs by ordering, handling P.O. purchasing, routing delivery drivers, etc.

Returning any unused material and coordinating paperwork for returns.

Processing all warranty claims for the company, including internal paperwork as well as processing claims paperwork with vendors/distributors.

Qualifications:

HVAC or Plumbing Industry experience.

Must be comfortable with computers (Inventory database, Microsoft programs, internet browsers, and access).

Strong organizational skill and attention to details.

Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.

Experience/Education:

At least one year of warehouse experience.

Compensation:

$18.00- $20.00 DOE
