The Excalibur Group is currently seeking an Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team in Washington, D.C.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Outreach Specialists shall be responsible for initiating contact with assigned Customers and encouraging Customers to engage with the Provider and participate in mandated activities.

Customers may require repeated attempts at engagement.

Outreach Specialists shall also be responsible for re-engaging those Customers who were engaged, but who subsequently stopped participating.

Outreach Specialists shall actively share information about outreach and engagement efforts with Case Managers.

Outreach Specialists shall also inform Case Managers of any presenting barriers that prevent the Customer from fully engaging with the Provider.

REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of two (2) years of post-secondary education at an accredited college or university and two (2) years of experience undertaking outreach activities; additional years of experience providing outreach services may substitute for education.

Effective and engaging communicator; analytical and organizational skills; resilient and outcome-driven.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Mon. – Fri. 8:30am – 5pm
