Distribution Requirements Mgr. planning

We are looking for the Distribution Requirements Planner in Moscow, Russia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory Management: Planning, Stock Replenishment, Stock Keeping, Disposition

Analyze demand, identify abnormal demand patterns and verify causes with sales and demand teams

Determine the SKU inventory levels and safety stocks to support the desired level of customer service while maintaining cost effective levels of inventory

Manage inventory levels and health – be accountable for Non-Productive Inventory and proactive shelf-life monitoring

Manage supply issues during times of short supply

Monitor the appropriate metrics and conduct root cause analysis and take appropriate corrective actions to address interregional supply issues

Respond and decide on requests for higher inventory settings or expedited shipments

Inventory reporting

Propose cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity

Request & coordinate prolongation of shelf life

First point of contact for Commercial teams (Sales & Regional Product Managers)

Additional responsibilities:

Management of pricing in SAP and Navision for the whole import range

Creation & update of import contracts

Management of materials cards for the whole import range

Work in compliance with company policies and procedures

Back up for Distribution Requirements Planner

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

3-4 years of experience in supply chain management, ideally planning. Experience in Logistics is a plus

Fluent in Russian and English is a must

Computer proficiency and ERP experience (SAP & Navision is an advantage)

Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills

Strong analytics, communication and collaboration skills

Competent and proactive communication with different target groups and stakeholders

Ability to work in a diverse team environment

Strong attention to detail
