On behalf of our well-established client, Personnel 2000 are recruiting a Temporary Office Manager. This role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and developing appropriate plans, policies and systems.
Responsibilities:
· Manage, supervise and direct the day-to-day activities of the administrative support team and manage office projects
· Assist the human resources manager and CFO when needed
· Ensure the office has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities
· Organise and Coordinate office operations in a way that ensures maximum productivity
Skills and Experience:
· Over ten years of relevant experience in professional office or legal practice
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields
· Able to work effectively and priorities tasks
· Experienced in developing ideas for the strategical development of a legal practice
· Proven track record of managing a busy professional office environment
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
