Salary: $17/hr

The On-Site Coordinator oversees daily staffing operations at a client's worksite, ensuring staffing needs are met promptly and efficiently to maintain high client and employee satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, interpersonal abilities, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Staffing Management:

Coordinate with client's management to understand staffing needs.

Monitor employee schedules, shift assignments, and attendance.

Provide staffing report to make sure the staffing needs are met daily.

Employee Relations:

Build positive relationships with on-site employees, addressing questions and concerns.

Act as primary contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues promptly.

Conduct regular check-ins to assess job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Handle performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish strong relationships with client representatives.

Collaborate with clients to forecast staffing needs and address potential gaps.

Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.

Provide reports and updates on staffing metrics.

Schedule:

Must have a flexible schedule and must be able to work weekends.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
