Role: Compensation Director
Location: Washington, DC; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule
Pay Rate: $40/Hour
Our client is seeking a Compensation Director to join as a vital addition to their successful team.
Job Responsibilities:
· Direct the strategic planning, design, implementation, maintenance, compliance, communication, and administration of staff compensation.
· Collaborate with departments on Workforce and organizational planning.
· Oversee the implementation of Workday’s Advanced Compensation Module.
· Plan and administer long and short-term equity and executive programs that drive company performance.
Requirements:
· Experience in – 5+ years of Experience as a Compensation Manager/Director
· Proficient in –Workday, Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically Excel)
· Soft Skills – Patient, Resilient, Strong Communicator, Assertive
· Education – Bachelor’s Degree Highly Preferred
