As a Sanitation Agent, you play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and operational excellence of our cannabis production facility. How? By working in close collaboration with facility management, you ensure that every area, from grow rooms to processing spaces, meets stringent sanitation standards.

What does the day-to-day look like?

Your role is vital in keeping our facility pristine and up to health and safety standards. You'll take charge of post-harvest sanitation, ensuring that every area—from the common spaces and restrooms to the equipment itself—is thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Beyond routine cleaning, you'll be responsible for organizing and restocking supply rooms and vigilantly adhering to all health and safety regulations. Part of your daily duties will also include promptly notifying management of any potential issues or necessary repairs, helping maintain our facility's functionality and safety.

So, who are we looking for?

You’d be a perfect fit if you:

Are at least 21 years of age.

Previously worked as a custodian, janitor, or in a similar sanitation/cleaning role.

Have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies and can operate heavy cleaning equipment safely.

Are comfortable working in various physical conditions, such as heights, soil, water, and tight spaces.

Can handle physical demands like climbing, squatting, bending, twisting, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
