Assist Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the association property.

Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and improvements.

Manage resident inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with association rules and regulations.

Assist in budget planning and financial management.

Conduct property inspections and ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.

Assist in organizing and facilitating association meetings.

Maintain accurate records of correspondence, contracts, and financial transactions.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in property management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in budget management
