Roofing Estimator - Salary TBD based on experience

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Roofing Estimator. The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for assessing and estimating the cost of roofing projects, analyzing project plans and specifications, and preparing accurate and detailed project proposals.

Qualifications

Experience in roofing estimation and cost analysis is a plus but willing to train the right applicant.

Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry standards

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Ability to visualize in 3D is a plus.

Attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications

Proficiency in relevant estimating software and tools

Valid driver's license

Experience in the construction industry is preferredCompany Description
