Accounts Payables Clerk

Job Description

Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Payables Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing invoice payment.

Responsibilities:

Entering supplier invoices

Posting AP invoices

Account reconciliation

Verifying, classifying and recording AP data

Maintain accounting files

Communication with vendors and clients

Filing invoices for payment

Qualifications:

Exceptional problem solving skills

High School diploma

Knowledge of accounts payable

General office equipment skills

Excellent telephone and organizational skills
