Asphalt Milling Supervisor / Forman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Milling Supervisor to join our team! If you have experience running Asphalt Milling machines and are looking to grow your career, we want to speak with you! CDL license is a big plus!

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Technical Knowledge: Must have a working knowledge of roadway construction and asphalt milling.

Jobsite Awareness: Ability to supervise Milling crew activities to maintain design specifications and quality standards.

Performance: Takes responsibility for crew performance, including safety, adherence to company policies, and exceeding customer expectations.

Equipment Management: Knowledgeable operating milling machine in different modes, reviewing equipment condition and maintenance needs, and adjusting to different road variables.

Safety: A strong advocate for promoting and maintaining safe working practices and adherence to company safety standards.

Adaptability: Willingness to perform additional projects and duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:

Hands-On Experience: Minimum of 2-year experience with Wirtgen or Roadtec Asphalt Milling Machines.

Flexible: Willing to workdays, nights, or weekends as needed.

Detail Oriented: Able to complete all daily paperwork.

Safe Driver: Must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver’s license. (CDL Drivers Wanted!).

Drug Free: Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
