Master Scheduler

Job Summary:

Basic Engineering Concepts & Technologies, Inc. (BecTech) is a Small Business Program Management and Engineering Services provider to Department of Defense (DoD) Agencies. BecTech is seeking professional candidates to fill the position of full-time Master Scheduler in Crystal City, VA.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate, develop, integrate, and manage scheduling activities.

Prepare and analyze schedules and reports.

Perform schedule update procedures, recovery plans and "what-if" schedules as required.

Establish and monitor execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria.

Develop and manage a program's and/or project's schedule that communicates to all levels of the project team and stakeholders effectively.

Perform IMS critical path, schedule slack, and task predecessor/successor networking analyses. Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).

Required Education/Experience:

Requires minimum of 4 years of experience; 7 years of experience is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work within a team.

Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Possess good communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Able to obtain and retain a security clearance.

ADA SPECIFICATIONS:

Regular physical activity to include walking, climbing stairs, and standing; frequent period of prolonged sitting may be required.

Ability to speak, read, hear, and write, with or without assistance.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Travel: Less than 5% expected
