The Pipe Foreman must be able to prepare daily progress reports, enter crew timecards, and possess good written and verbal communication skills.

Pipe Foreman Responsibilities:

The Foreman is responsible to follow and promote the Company Safety Culture. As the front-line supervisor managing all work activities performed by their crew, he/she will be responsible for the following:

Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner

Responsible for developing a plan for the phase of work

Understand the project requirements

Identify risks and opportunities for the phase of work

Prepare the crew to execute

Ensure the team has staged equipment, materials at work areas

Responsible for ensuring project execution goals are met for the phase of work

Submit correct time and quantities on daily time sheets

Submit daily report

Align phase of work craft and equipment for optimal results and create development opportunities for appropriate people
