Production Manager - Home Appliances

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing process of set-top boxes, home electronics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with specific expertise in electronics manufacturing processes. This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations, maintaining quality standards, optimizing processes, and leading a team of production staff/ assembling staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production schedules for set-top boxes and home electronics.

Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process.

Evaluate and optimize production processes using Lean manufacturing principles.

Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and training.

Manage production resources efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.

Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Experience in production management, preferably in electronics or home appliances

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.

Willingness to occasionally travel for supplier visits and meetings
