Custom Home Project Manager

The Project Manager will manage and supervise on-site coordination of all phases of construction on High End Custom Homes.

Responsibilities:

Management of daily operations of construction projects

Follow and implement safety procedures

Coordinate with all professionals involved and more

Manage subcontractors and organization of the project

Understand the responsibilities of Subs to ensure deadlines are met

Assign tasks accordingly

Framing and Architectural walks

Communicate progress with clients and project managers

Understanding of Local and State Building Codes

Understanding of Local and State Stormwater Management Practices

Maintain a daily log of all activities and site conditions

Qualifications and Requirements:

Updated Resume/ Project List

10+ years of Construction experience

4+ years of Management experience in High End Custom Homes

Projects ranging from $3 million to $30 million

Proficient in MS Office, Procore, and scheduling software

Compensation Package:

Above Market Salary + Bonus
