Barton Professional Placement Group is recruiting for direct hire ENTRY Level Sales/Marketing Reps. for our client based out of Addison, Illinois. This client is a leading player in the automotive repair industry and has been serving the community for over 18 years. We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals who are ready to kickstart their career in sales & marketing.

This job could be perfect for you if you have the following:

A valid driver's license, a positive, outgoing personality, and the willingness to identify potential local business, then stopping by to drop off marketing materials and gather contact information.

The Entry Level Sales/Marketing Rep. will be responsible for introducing mechanical service for Fleet & Box Car vehicles within their designated promotion territory located in Addison and the surrounding areas.

As an Entry Level Sales Promoter, you will be building rapport and providing marketing information to prospective business owners. The object of your conversations is to provide general details of Fleet and Box Car services the company provides and gather contact information for the shop owner to follow up on potential business opportunities. You will also utilize social media to promote these services as well.

Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing marketing strategies to promote our automotive products and services.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.

Support sales representatives in generating leads and closing sales.

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.

Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities.

If you have an outgoing personality, enjoy speaking with people and like the freedom of working on your own, driving your own vehicle, you can have the chance to earn a base compensation of $50,000 to $55,000/yr. with paid mileage.

Training is provided.

Territory is in mid-north western suburbs.

Requirements:

Clean Driving Record

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Prior experience or internship in sales or marketing is a plus, but not required.
