Job Summary/Company:
Responsibilities:
Oversee property performance, aesthetics, and tenant relations, including budget management, lease administration, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage maintenance and capital improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
Analyze vendor contracts, negotiate best pricing, and monitor service delivery.
Develop and track annual operating budgets, controlling costs and preparing financial reports.
Ensure property compliance with fire, life safety, and environmental regulations.
Foster a positive tenant experience through events, move-in coordination, and ongoing communication.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate management, or a related field
5+ years of commercial real estate asset management / financial management & reporting
Background in commercial “institutional” property management, preferably office realty
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Property management certification a plus
