Black & Grey HR is hiring for one of the leading security surveillance technology and service providers in Iraq. Our Client is looking to hire a Channel Partner Developer who will drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and by forging strong relationships with Channel Partners

- Setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process

- Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales and discovering new business opportunities

- Dealing with different sub-dealers, follow up, up sell and cross-sell the product, Know and Resolve if they have some problems (commercially and technically)

- Coordinating with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals

- Monthly reporting on sales KPIs within channel partners

- Working on sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Director/Country Manager

- Addressing customer service issues as raised by the channel partner

- Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners

- Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Line Manager

- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements within business operations

- Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications specific to our industry and maintaining personal networks

- Studying the marketplace to stay updated with the latest developments and competitor activities

- Train and advise the sales teams within the channel partner

- Regularly meeting with counterparts of the partner organization

Requirements

- Experience in a sales-driven position in the IT/Electronics industry and familiarity with the channel market

- A sound network within the Local Channel network

- Ability to effectively motivate supporting teams and drive sales in a time-sensitive environment

- Strong public speaking, multi-tasking and time management skills

- A valid driving license

- Strong sales skills, listening skills and presentation skills to meet every individual customer’s needs

- Proficient English communication skills, verbal and written

- Responsible and able to drive the business independently
