CDL-A Driver

Responsibilities:

Safely operate and maneuver heavy-duty trucks to transport waste materials to designated locations

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working order

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving and make safety a top priority

Collaborate with team members to coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules efficiently

Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, and deliveries

Job Functions:

Operate vehicles equipped with hydraulic lifts to load and unload waste materials

Utilize GPS and communication devices to navigate routes effectively

Monitor waste containers and ensure proper disposal in accordance with company policies and regulations

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and oil levels

Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and cargo area

Skills:

Experience as a CDL Driver with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience

Proficient in operating CDL vehicles and familiar with safety protocols

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Excellent time management skills to meet delivery schedules

Valid CDL license and clean driving record
