RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Assisting with accounting operations of the company's accounting department

Monthly balance sheets

Account reconciliations

Journal entries

Tax information

Summarize details in separate ledgers and transfer data to general ledger

Responsible for functions under Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

Analyze financial reporting to discuss with management

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree - Accounting or Finance

Basic understanding of GAAP

Strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
