Architectural Intern

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Architectural Intern to join the dynamic team of our client. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the exciting world of financial services, specifically focusing on account management within the sales department. You will work as part of a team under the control of a Project Director/ Team Lead/ Project Architect and will expected to assist the team in the design and production of schemes within the office.

Responsibilities

Employ your creativity and hand-drawing skills to sketch design solutions.

Develop schemes using 2D and 3D CAD software like Vectorworks and Revit.

Craft stunning 3D images using CAD and rendering packages.

Prepare clear and concise reports and maintain project documentation using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.

Conduct product research, building materials, and construction details.

Operate standard filing systems within office protocol for drawings and correspondence.

Prioritize safety by adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Represent our company (practice) with professionalism and top-quality work.

Assist with general office duties and actively contribute to a collaborative environment.

Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

What You'll Bring

Bachelors Degree or Masters in architecture

Strong contribution to design team

Strong design awareness and fundamental architectural skills.

Demonstrate a clear commitment to a successful career in architecture.

Manage day-to-day workload effectively.

Demonstrates a flexible and responsive attitude.

This is a 6-month internship with the potential to transition into a full-time role! This is an on-site position.
