Role: Media Team Lead

Location: Tyson's, VA; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule

Pay Rate: $90,000-100,000/Year

Our client in Tyson's, VA is seeking a dynamic Team Lead to manage a group of media analysts. As the Team Lead, you'll be the go-to for managing, training, and developing their already successful and hard-working team, while ensuring top-notch quality and promoting career growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of analysts by organizing schedules, delegating tasks, arranging training sessions, and offering constructive feedback and guidance.

Monitor analyst performance and ensure accountability to enhance talent and productivity, while meeting project deadlines.

Conduct quarterly assessments to evaluate analyst performance and identify areas for improvement.

Cultivate a positive and inclusive team environment characterized by accountability, teamwork, and mutual support.

Establish and implement procedures to assess the accuracy and quality of analyst work, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience in – People management and team leadership

Proficient in –Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills – High analytical, personable, interest in current events and news, organized, and possesses the ability to work independently

Education – Bachelor’s Degree required
