Job Description:

The Field Supervisor will support our Production Manager in overseeing various aspects of roofing and siding projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect roofing and siding jobs to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Manage subcontractor crews, ensuring adherence to timelines and contract specifications.

Deliver materials to job sites promptly and efficiently.

Perform minor warranty repairs as required.

Assist in scheduling and project coordination.

Ensure safety protocols are followed on all job sites.

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors to maintain project transparency.

Qualifications:

Experience in roofing, construction, or a related field.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Salary Expectations:

The average salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This position also offers potential for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
