Job Description
The primary role shall be to plan, coordinate and supervise service delivery to consumers enrolled to Citycare Health Services.
Responsible for monitoring of community support service delivery and coordinate training of CSW for knowledge and skill development.
Conduct, review and or approve diagnostic assessment, Treatment Plans as well as provide Psychosocial Therapy to consumers.
Assist with Quality Assurance
Job Types: Full-time or/Contractor (at least 20 hrs.)
Experience: clinical: 2 years (Preferred)
Education: Graduate Degree (Required)
Licensure: LICSW or/LPC
