Are you currently in the job market for a part-time role? Medix is hiring a Medical Adminsitrative Assistant to work for a major healthcare organization in Fairfax on the weekends.
Job Requirements:
Must have EPIC experience
Strong excel experience
Job Overview:
Responsible for preparing project documents, workflows, standard work, and visual media for the team.
Provides support for the development, implementation, and documentation of projects and work-queues.
Attends and participates onsite to support program areas as needed.Other Information:
This position is working Saturdays and Sundays, and the admin must be available to work Fridays
Start time: 8:00 AM, will work 6-8 hours from there
Shifts:
Weekend May 11th - 12th (Could be work on Friday, May 10th)
Weekend June 8th - June 9th (Could be work on Friday, June 8th)
Weekend July 13th - July 14th (Could be work on Friday, July 12th)
Weekend August 10th - Aug 11th (Could be work on Friday, Aug 9th)
Weekend Sept 14th - Sept 15th (Could be work on Friday, Sept 13th)
Weekend Oct 12th - Oct 13th (Could be work on Friday, Oct 11th)
Weekend Nov 9th - Nov 10th (Could be work on Friday, Nov 8th)
Weekend Dec 7th - Dec 8th (Could be work on Friday, Dec 6)
This position last until the end of the year (beginning of December)

Pay: 20-24
