About the role

The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Program Manager leads the design, implementation and continuous optimization, growth and evaluation of Quantum Health’s DEI programs. They drive meaningful, measurable impact across the organization through influence and collaboration. They partner deeply with HR subject matter experts, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and business leaders to develop and deploy strategies, programs, policies and metrics that successfully attract, retain and advance our highly-skilled and increasingly diverse workforce.

What you’ll do (Essential Responsibilities)

Serve as the primary advisor, ambassador and consultant for DEI best practices across the business.

Collaborate with talent acquisition, talent management, HR Business Partners, communications and legal to ensure diversity and inclusion best practices are woven into all policies, communications, branding, talent attraction, retention, budget allocations, programs and development strategies.

Lead the Diversity Council and support current ERGs and affinity groups and foster the creation of additional groups to meet employee interests.

Create innovative solutions that strengthen cultural competencies across the business in support of our high growth organization.

Promote awareness, ownership and adoption that advances our shared responsibility for facilitating a culture of equity and belonging.

Partner with Learning & Development Team to develop and maintain diversity training programs for the organization including, initial identification of needs, to content development, implementation and facilitation.

Monitor and report actionable and measurable DEI goals and metrics in alignment with evolving business goals.

Identify and foster relationships with external networks and local, state and national organizations as part of our holistic community outreach efforts.

What you’ll bring (Qualifications)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in an applicable business discipline or similar required.

Experience: 5+ years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proven, current/recent experience working with DEI in a corporation, including work with ERGs, data collection / analysis / interpretation, engagement and retention.

Deep knowledge of trends, best practices and emerging DEI philosophies and innovation.

Ability to effectively work with ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional rapport-building and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to encourage innovation and influence leaders and stakeholders at every level of the business.

Highly collaborative approach to work; proven ability to thrive and drive outcomes in cross-functional teams.

A high degree of personal accountability and trustworthiness, a commitment to working within Quantum Health’s policies, values and ethics, and to protecting the sensitive data entrusted to us.
