Cleaning Technicians/Flexible Daytime Hours - TS WITH FULL-SCOPE

Job Description

Mister Kleen Maintenance Company is a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high security and commercial facilities throughout the DC Metro. We are looking for candidates who can work daytime hours, preferably on a full-time basis.

Minimum Requirements:

An active Top-Secret Clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph. (REQUIRED)

Superior customer service skills.

Willing to go above and beyond to support the team and exceeding our customer's expectations.

Competitive base pay of $32 per hour or more, depending on experience.

Job Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Disinfect and sanitize assigned areas.

Dusting, scrubbing, and polishing.

Cleaning bathroom, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.

Restocking supplies and inventory.

Emptying trash and recycling bins.

Vacuuming, Mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floors.

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.

Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and elevators.

Physical demands include:

Walking and standing

Climbing

Bending forward

Wearing hip/backpack vacuum

Reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling

Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder.
