Position: Assistant Clinical Supervisor (Licensed/Licensed Eligible)

Richmond Office --In-Person Position

SIGN ON BONUS $3,000***

Service Focus: Substance Use Intensive Outpatient (ASAM 2.1)

Responsibilities at a Glance:

Works closely with staff to ensure individuals receive services in accordance with VFS Guidelines.

Assists in monitoring continued stays, authorizations, participate in outcome planning, and engage in treatment team meetings.

Collaborates with the Clinical Supervisor to review the electronic record system for accuracy and compliance.

Directly contributes to the success of our Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Service.

Proficiency with:

Electronic Records Systems

Comprehensive Needs Assessments

Note approvals and Clinical Writing

Initial Authorizations and Continued Stay Request

Chart Compliance & Maintenance

Individualized Service Plans

Monthly & Quarterly Reports

Care Coordination & Discharge Planning

1:1 and Group Therapy

Group Facilitation

Requirements:

Licensed or Licensed Eligible: LMHPs, your skills are needed!

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (Preferred) or a License Eligible Resident or Supervisee

Clinicians must have experience in substance use and mental health treatment and diagnosis.

Collaborative Spirit: Work seamlessly with staff to ensure quality services.

Clinicians must have experience in substance use and mental health treatment and diagnosis.

Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience with adults, children, and adolescent

Tech-Savvy: Navigate electronic record systems with precision.

Compliance Focus: Ensure services align with VFS Guidelines.
