SOA/APIGEE Developer

Overview:

The SOA/APIGEE Developer plays a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable, high-performance API solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless integration and communication between various systems and applications within the organization, ultimately contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.

The role

• will supports and manages the Client SOA/API integration platform end to end technical solution, development and monitoring activities • will act as an Integration Solution Architect for all integration needs of Client • will work closely internally with the teams & business users for providing data related services. • will ensures the quality aspects of the technical deliveries from the technical team • maintaining highest SOA / API integration standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust and reliable API solutions using SOA and APIGEE platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for API development.

Implement and maintain API management policies, security protocols, and access control mechanisms.

Optimize API performance and ensure scalability to accommodate increasing user loads.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of APIs to identify and resolve potential issues.

Utilize Java programming language to build and customize API components and extensions.

Integrate RESTful and SOAP services into the API ecosystem, ensuring seamless interoperability.

Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers within the team.

Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in API development and integration.

Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to deploy and manage API solutions in production environments.

Required Qualifications:

Technical Degree (BE / B Sc / MBA / MCA / MCM)

• Professional qualification in technical domain

• Certifications in Google/Microsoft platform for integration is preferred

EXPERIENCE

• At least 8 to 10 years of SOA /middleware experience and technical development experience in middle- ware technology such as Microsoft, APIGEE etc.

• At least 6-8 SOA years of development/integration experience in the similar role

• Integration experience with Salesforce is must

• Integration experience MS Dynamics ERP and other application is desirable.

SKILLS

• High degree of proficiency in Google API/APIGEE is must • Expertise in Microsoft Azure BUS / APIM

• Experience in Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) • Knowledge and experience on Azure Login App

• Experience in writing Azure functional App • SQL database and advance query writing

• Good understanding and experience on odata and graph QL Page 2 of 2

• High level expertise in Interfaces & API Standards

• Proficient in business process designing, testing and training of data services

• Experience in development of all kinds of APIs / Services / Micro Services

• Experience in Secured Web Services, Encryptions etc.

• Understanding of MS Dynamics Application Technology preferred.

• JAVA / J2EE development experience

• Positive Attitude and ability to integrate well into teams & work towards achieving team results.

• Good Time Management skills. • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely (written & oral).

• Ability to utilize available resources effectively.
