Rockfon, part of ROCKWOOL, is seeking a District Sales Manager - Pacific Northwest, to join our dynamic sales organization. The territory for this role includes: Northern California and the Pacific NW including: UT, WA, OR and HI. The ideal candidate will be based in Northern California. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will execute ROCKFON market strategies while working directly with the contractors, distributors and architects, selling and specifying ROCKFON products. You will also present new products and make AIA presentations to architects, designers and end users. You will support contractors (45%), distributors (35%), architects (10%) and administrative (10%) within Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.

What You Bring

Post-secondary education in Business or a relevant field, preferred

Strong relationships with contractors and distributors

5+ years experience in commercial sales within building materials

5+ years technical sales

Project Management skills

Excellent Presentation Skills

Skilled at building and maintaining high level relationships and networks

Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000. Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions. This position is bonus eligible.
