Desired Background:

1+ years of experience as a trust and estates attorney, experience with some high-net-worth clients or wealth transference required

Experience in elder law a plus

Knowledge of family business and succession planning a plus, willing to train

Vast knowledge of estate planning, succession planning, income, gift, and tax law related to wealth transference

Licensed to practice in Ohio

Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player

Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
